Please coordinate any large deliveries or pickups of furniture or large pieces of equipment with Building Management.

Freight Entry

• The sidewalk freight entrance through the lower parking structure is available during business hours of 6:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Individuals utilizing this entrance will be treated as visitors.
• Drivers and passengers will be required to checking with the front desk Security Officer. Our freight entrance is under strict video surveillance.

The following items may require the use of freight service:

• All construction materials
• Furniture delivery
• Excessive amount of file boxes
• Items requiring more than one trip

Please contact the Building Management Office for confirmation.

Suspicious Persons

If you see a suspicious or menacing individual in or around the building, please call Building Management immediately. If possible, make note of appearance, clothing, etc. in order to assist in locating them. (If you feel threatened in any way, please call 9-1-1 first.)

Please be aware of strangers in or around your suite. Quite often a question such as “May I help you locate someone?” will be enough to deter a potential thief. Suspicious encounters of this type should be reported to Building Management immediately.
